Los Arboles Apartments - 17 Photos - Apartments - 201 4th St, Del Mar, Del Mar, CA - Phone Number

8 201 4th St Del Mar , CA 92014 (858) 481-9585 Been here for 5 months now. These are definitely old apartments; the floorplans aren't modern or laid out super efficiently. But if you want to live within line-of-sight to the ocean, this place is as affordable as it gets. The manager is hands-down one of the nicest dudes I've met and has been extremely accommodating to us. Although the property is old, it's clean and decently kept up. The pool and hot tub are nice. We're on the 2nd floor in a corner unit and it's been very quiet for us. We haven't had any issues with bugs or vermin of any sort; in fact, we keep our porch door wide open all day long so our kitties can get some fresh air. This results in maybe 1 fly per day inside. There are surfer trails very nearby that lead down the cliffs for beach access. Bottom line, if you're looking for luxury, don't live here. It's too old to ever be luxurious. But if you're looking for line-of-sight to t

Columbus slipping on list of bed bug-infested cities - News - The Columbus Dispatch

Rita Price The Columbus Dispatch @RitaPrice Growing awareness and earlier treatments might be slowing the bed bug rampage in central Ohio. But that won't quite be cause for celebration at the 10th Annual  Central Ohio Bed Bug Task Force Summit, a public forum dedicated to providing all the latest research and guidance on the maddening, tenacious, blood-sucking pests. "What we ideally want to see is a decline," said Susan Jones, an Ohio State University entomologist and member of the Central Ohio Bed Bug Task Force . "To plateau at a really, really high level is not good news." After years of high rankings on lists of the nation's most bed bug-infested cities, Columbus — somewhat surprisingly — didn't crack the top 20 in the latest compilation from exterminating company Terminix , which bases rankings on the places where it performs the most treatments. (Orkin, however, still put Columbus at number 5 on a list it released in January.) Ohio's ot

York County SC planning projects on the table

Places to stay, eat, shop and work are in talks between property owners and York County planners . Here is the latest on projects that could come to the county: ▪  A hotel is being discussed at Pleasant and Coltharp roads in Fort Mill. Two parcels there combine for less than three acres. County records don ’t indicate which hotel brand may come, and neither parcel has changed hands since 2011. The site is just east of the intersection, beside Habersham. ▪  The hotel is part of a mixed use development in talks at Pleasant Road and Carolina Place in the Fort Mill area . It could include the hotel, apartments, restaurant and retail. The project involves eight properties just off S.C. 160. Fairway Park Luxury Apartments spoils tenants with superior concierge services

Cain Fatica, Fairway Park Luxury Apartments , Copley | Amanda Gardner, Fairway Park Luxury Apartments How many tenants spend some of their free time in their apartment building’s leasing office just because it is such a great place?  Residents of the Fairway Park Luxury Apartments in Copley consider their leasing office to be part coffee shop and part lodge. The Starbucks coffee is always hot, and a fireplace keeps things cozy in cold or damp weather.  “I’ll just sit there sometimes and read the paper or one of the magazines they have, like Bon Appetit. Sometimes the office staff puts out recipes that we can try,” said tenant Cain Fatica . “I enjoy cooking. My brother is a chef, but I don’t get to cook as much as I’d like to. But it’s fun to taste new recipes. In the office, it’s like your family trading recipes .” Fatica, a graduate of the University of Akron with a major in biology, has lived in the complex a total of two years. He moved once, but came back because “compared to al
