The first look at the upcoming mini-series about one of Australia’s greatest acts, INXS: Never Tear Us Apart , has finally arrived. Channel Seven’s INXS story, in collaboration with Shine Australia, is expected early next year will retell the band's rise to international success, their rock-and-roll lifestyle and frontman Michael Hutchence ’s suicide in 1997. Jeremy Lett, 28, was shot by TPD officer David Stith , who was responding to reports of a burglary at the Shadow Ridge Apartments on West Tharpe Street around 8 p.m. Wednesday. After Stith spotted and confronted a man matching the burglary suspect's description, the two men were involved in a physical altercation during which Stith shot Lett , according to TPD spokesman David Northway . The burglary was reported at the complex, but Northway did not know which apartment. Kinnickinnic Ave. will serve as an anchor to the south side neighborhood ’s main street. Developed by  Max Dermond  and his firm,  Dermond Property Investments , the building will include 69 apartments and 2,600 square-feet of commercial space. The five-story building will consist primarily of one-bedroom apartments. The triangular building is being developed at the southeast corner of S. Kinnickinnic Ave. and E. Ward St. The $9.5 million project is being designed by  Joel Agacki  of Striegel-Agacki Studio.  Catalyst Construction  is serving as the project’s general contractor.
