He bought a quite traditional penthouse at 210 East 73rd Street ; a perfectly lovely apartment that just needed a bit of a décor makeover. Posen previously resided in Soho, but we were unaware he also owned an apartment in the rather stuffy neighborhood of Sutton Place. The  Project Runway  judge did, however, purchase a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 345 East 57th Street in 2013 for $925,000, and now it looks like he’s sold the co-op for a profit. Imagine paying a multimillion-dollar sum for an apartment you’d stay in once a month. In Bayside, that’s a reality. Jacobs Buyer Advocates director Nicole Jacobs said some buyers spending big in Bayside’s high- end apartment market might only touch base with their luxury pad for a fleeting moment. “They might stay there once a month, and spend the rest of the time down on the Peninsula,” Ms Jacobs said.
