Egypt’s MCR to launch first phase of Oasis Park project in October
DUBAI: Egypt’s Modern Company for Construction and Real Estate on October will launch the first phase of Oasis Park project in Sixth of October City at an investment value worth one billion Egyptian pounds . The first phase will be developed on a space of 50 feddans or approximately 210,000 square meters and will include 1,526 flats measuring between 90 square meters and 115 square meters, Mohamed Abdel Mohsen , the chairman of MCR, said in a statement. About 20 feddans of the first phase of the Oasis Park project have been allocated for commercial spaces, Mohsen added, and the company is preparing to carry out the construction works. The more than 1,500 residential units will have diverse spaces between villas and apartments and would be developed within three years, Mohsen said. The company expects to generate 1. 6 billion pounds worth of sales for the first phase, he added.
