He Broke Into Cars, Urinated On Vehicles: Police
JOLIET, IL - For the second time in ten days, the Joliet Police Department has arrested 55-year-old Timothy G. Roderick in connection with attempted car break -ins near the Twin Oaks apartments . But Friday's early morning arrest was different than his last. This time, police officials said, Roderick was also urinating on vehicles near one of the apartment buildings. Joliet police officers arrested Roderick at 12:01 a.m. on felony charges of committing burglary to a motor vehicle and two misdemeanors, criminal trespass to a vehicle and disorderly conduct. Shortly before midnight, one of the Twin Oaks tenants noticed Roderick inside her friend's vehicle, going through the center console . Police were called. While officers were in route, Roderick was seen checking the door handles for at least eight other nearby vehicles, police said.
