The first wave of residents has just begun moving into Starkweather Lofts , Plymouth's newest luxury loft - style apartment development situated between the city's historic Old Village and Hines Park. Starkweather Lofts, a $21.1 million project, is the first major multi-family development to be built in the City of Plymouth in more than 12 years.
