MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - At least one person was injured after a brick facade fell off an apartment building in south Minneapolis late Tuesday night . At approximately 11:45 p.m., someone called 911 after they heard a loud crash that some say sounded like a garbage truck.  When Minneapolis Fire Department crews arrived on the scene they found a large portion of the rear exterior of the building, located on the 600 block of E. 16th Street, had come crashing down. Fire officials say about 120 square feet of bricks fell from the third floor of the apartment building, damaging power lines and vehicles. One person was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay. "I was asleep and bricks coming down and I thought the whole building was going to fall,” Ashton Collier, a resident, said. “This is crazy. We shouldn't have to go through this. We pay thousands of dollars to stay here. For what? Stuff like this happens. People get injured." The building has at least a dozen unit...
