A Los Angeles- based investment group has spent roughly $94 million over the past nine months on two large apartment developments in Waterford Lakes, and is on the hunt for more in that area to boost synergies, the company's general counsel told GrowthSpotter . Ground broke late last month on a new luxury apartment neighborhood at Coffee Creek Center : Eagle Crossing , under development by In Good Company (IGC). Eagle Creek’s 170 units will be located on 18 acres immediately south of Rail Road, east of Kelle Drive, north of Sidewalk Road, and west of land owned by the Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve. The development will consist of 23 buildings, designed in the Prairie Style, each luxury unit in which will include an attached garage, full-size washer and dryer, and access-controlled entryways. The Exchange KTGY Architecture + Planning have unveiled the preliminary design for The Exchange, a new mixed-use development by The Domain Cos. and the GIV Group that hopes to revitalize downtown Salt Lake City . Located at 5755 Glenridge Road in Sandy Springs, Ga., Crescent Perimeter will be four and five stories surrounding a parking deck within the 26- acre Lakeside office park just north of I-285. I just finished my all-new DAVOS portfolio that includes the following best-in-class REITs: Digital Realty (DLR), American Tower (AMT), Ventas, Inc. (VTR), Realty Income (O), and Simon Property Group (SPG). As a reminder, the DAVOS REITs were picked because of their high-quality attributes and most importantly for their dividend repeatability. Developers are preparing to break ground on Fieldstone Apartments ’ third phase, reports The Memphis Daily News .  Working under the name Fieldstone Apartments III Co., developers filed a $7. 5 million building permit application with the city/county Office of Construction Code Enforcement . Fieldstone’s third phase will consist of 102 garden-style apartments and detached garages at the intersection of Tournament Drive and Hacks Cross Road —at 7986 Tournament Drive Road —but working under the address 3333 Hacks Cross Road , same as the first two phases.
