The Overlook At Westridge Apartments - 19 Photos - Apartments - 600 SW Kenyon St, Highland Park, Seattle, WA - Phone Number

7 600 SW Kenyon St Seattle , WA 98106 (206) 763-9982 It's The Overlook at Westridge. There is no "B" in there (if someone can fix, that might help) Lived there for a year in a top-floor 2 bedroom. It was recently remodeled when we moved in early '08. Granite counters, SS appliances (although cheap ones), nice cabinetry, w/d in unit. We liked it very much. Although the rent is a little high for the area, ours was $1400. The location is very good if you're working downtown, but don't take the bus (riding through SODO sucks and takes an hour). The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance is good and the front office worked well with us. We paid rent late one time and they let it go after a little convincing (else would have received a higher rating). Parking can also be a pain. And when it snows, you'll miss work because of the Kenyon St. hill. The neighborhood I guess can be a little sketchy, but we never had any problems. Although White Center ...

Homeowners oppose Toscana Isles workforce apartments planned...

The mood was tense, the hour was late and the conflict had a familiar ring to it. Ansca Homes is seeking permission to build 206 apartments on Hypoluxo Road, and the neighbors were not happy. “There are two sets of property rights here, the existing communities and the people who want to build,” Palm Beach County Commissioner Shelly Vana said. “I hope the answer is something everybody can live with.” Vana reminded the homeowners that workforce housing , which accounts for 142 of the 206 apartments, is a mandatory program heavily supported by the Palm Beach County Commission . It was declared to be at a crisis level in 2005. Vana added that it would behoove the developer to make any concessions it could, even though some had already been made. At the Wednesday night meeting west of Boynton Beach, a dozen homeowners representing six nearby communities called the planned apartment complex “an eyesore” and “a Pandora’s box.” Homeowners mainly objected to the rental units, which they...

Airbnb-ers are making big bucks off eclipse nerds

Image
Tickets for front row seats are available for Monday’s historical solar eclipse — they’re just on someone’s front lawn or a dirt patch in the middle of nowhere. Savvy property owners along the 70-mile “path of totality”—where the nation’s solar eclipse will provide a total black-out—are cashing in on the once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon and putting their backyards, front yards, farm land and empty apartments up for rent on AirBnb for the busy event. And they don’t come cheap. For $500 a night, astronomy nerds can camp out in a “fenced in” family backyard in Lincoln, Nebraska — tent not included. Apartment and home rentals in the area typically go for as low as $32 a night on a regular weekend. In another ad, a dusty dirt patch in Hopkinsville, Kentucky — a prime eclipse viewing area — is available for $400 a night. “ 1 acre flat level graveled lot . No trees to block view, large area to have camp fire. Could hold up to 20 tents for camping, or parking for 40 vehicles,” the ad reads....

Royal Crest Marlboro Apartment Homes - 12 Photos - Apartments - 19 Royal Crest Dr, Marlborough, MA - Phone Number

8 19 Royal Crest Dr Marlborough , MA 01752 (774) 843-5857 Its a beautiful community, closely located to amenities and beautiful landscapes maintained . And also a fitness center which is a big plus for me. Recommended. Good place to live. Well kept grounds. The maintenance guys are exceptional - quick, polite, accommodating. Gym is always clean. Pool is huge. Great location with a lot around it. In general it's a nice place to live, when you actually get the lease signed by Royal Crest(RC). I would put 4-5 starts if not one thing described below. After working with RC Marlboro management we got our first lease. We signed it and asked RC Management to sign - and they didn't do that right away, that's their process. Later we were told by RC Management that they sign the lease any time before the day you actually move in. So, we planned the move, date, arranged movers, etc... Then in a day or two we got a call from RC Marlboro where they said " Current apartment owne...
