It was recently remodeled when we moved in early '08. Granite counters, SS appliances (although cheap ones), nice cabinetry, w/d in unit. We liked it very much. Although the rent is a little high for the area, ours was $1400. The location is very good if you're working downtown, but don't take the bus (riding through SODO sucks and takes an hour). The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance is good and the front office worked well with us. We paid rent late one time and they let it go after a little convincing (else would have received a higher rating). Parking can also be a pain. I would put 4-5 starts if not one thing described below. After working with RC Marlboro management we got our first lease. We signed it and asked RC Management to sign - and they didn't do that right away, that's their process. Later we were told by RC Management that they sign the lease any time before the day you actually move in. So, we planned the move, date, arranged movers, etc...
