It was recently remodeled when we moved in early '08. Granite counters, SS appliances (although cheap ones), nice cabinetry, w/d in unit. We liked it very much. Although the rent is a little high for the area, ours was $1400. The location is very good if you're working downtown, but don't take the bus (riding through SODO sucks and takes an hour). The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance is good and the front office worked well with us. We paid rent late one time and they let it go after a little convincing (else would have received a higher rating). Parking can also be a pain. And when it snows, you'll miss work because of the Kenyon St. hill. The neighborhood I guess can be a little sketchy, but we never had any problems. Although White Center ...

I am only writing this review based on the customer service I have received so far from Greenhaven apartments. My boyfriend and myself currently live in Los Angeles and are trying to relocate to the Sacramento area ASAP . It has been very hard for us to apply for apartments and put down deposits in person due to the obvious fact we live 6hours away lol. But Michelle from Greenhaven apartments has made this process so easy for us. Whenever I call the office to provide more information or receive updates I REFUSE to talk to anyone else but Michelle, she has been amazing and very patient with us. We are currently on the waitlist for Greenhaven and I hope and Pray something becomes available soon, because I would love to live in these wonderful apartments whose office provides great service. PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Imagine you're a landlord going to examine your property after a longtime tenant moves out - and finding it destroyed. That's what a couple in Portland says happened to them on August 10. Normally landlord-tenant arguments would not be newsworthy - but in this case, it involves taxpayer dollars .
