Just a little over a week after leasing got underway at Hudson Yards’ über- pricey rental building , One Hudson Yards, 20 percent of the apartments here have already been leased. As the building prepares to welcome its first residents at the end of this month, Curbed had a chance to tour a couple of model apartments at the 33- story rental located at 530 West 30th Street , between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues. Las Vegas—The Bascom Group has acquired Eagle Crest Apartments , a 624-unt Class A garden- style community located at 5850 Sky Pointe Drive in Las Vegas. CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller in the transaction, and debt financing was provided by OneWest Bank and arranged by CBRE Capital Markets . Eagle Crest was built in two phases from 1996 to 1997, and consists of 42 two-story buildings on 31 acres. Residents have begun moving into the River House, a two- building apartment complex at 1785 N. Water St. consisting of 243 units. Developed by Atlanta- based Atlantic Realty Partners , the project marks the first entry into the city for the firm founded by two brothers originally from Whitefish Bay. The company, which has developed approximately 8,000 rental units across the country, has a handful of other developments in the Milwaukee area , including a cluster of buildings on W. Washington Real Estate Investment Trust is developing The Trove, a 401- unit apartment community in the Columbia Pike corridor of Arlington, Va. Two years ago, Washington REIT acquired The Wellington, three buildings constructed in 1961 on a 14-acre site, with a total of 711 apartments.
