Einhorn Development Group filed plans Thursday for a 13-story building at 145 West 110th Street . The project, which sits between Adam Clayton Powell Jr . and Malcolm X Boulevards, will span 55,634 square feet and include 36 apartments. Peter Gluck is the architect of record. Einhorn, which frequently develops condominiums , bought the site of a church in 2013 for $16.5 million. Earlier this year, Chelsea residents filed a lawsuit to block another Einhorn residential development at 124 West 16th Street , alleging that it may violate city codes .
