2 Portland Teens Arrested For Attempted Murder In Hillsboro
HILLSBORO, OR — Two Portland teens were arrested over the past 24 hours on suspicion of attempted murder in Hillsboro last week, according to Hillsboro police spokesman Lt . Henry Reimann. Cristin Octavio Magana -Ponce, 19, was arrested early Friday at his Portland residence with help from the Portland Metro Gang and Crisis Negotiation teams and Portland Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT). He was lodged at the Washington County Jail on charges of conspiracy to commit two murders. His 17-year-old associate, whose name will not be formally released until he's officially charged with the Measure 11 crime, was arrested Thursday night in Portland.
