7 600 SW Kenyon St Seattle , WA 98106 (206) 763-9982 It's The Overlook at Westridge. There is no "B" in there (if someone can fix, that might help) Lived there for a year in a top-floor 2 bedroom. It was recently remodeled when we moved in early '08. Granite counters, SS appliances (although cheap ones), nice cabinetry, w/d in unit. We liked it very much. Although the rent is a little high for the area, ours was $1400. The location is very good if you're working downtown, but don't take the bus (riding through SODO sucks and takes an hour). The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance is good and the front office worked well with us. We paid rent late one time and they let it go after a little convincing (else would have received a higher rating). Parking can also be a pain. And when it snows, you'll miss work because of the Kenyon St. hill. The neighborhood I guess can be a little sketchy, but we never had any problems. Although White Center ...
