× Teen seriously wounded in drive-by shooting on Indy’s northwest side INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A teen was seriously wounded after being shot multiple times inside of a vehicle late Sunday night at Heather Ridge Apartments on the city’s northwest side. Police responded to the scene of the shooting in the 3300 block of Heather Ridge Drive shortly after 11:30 p.m. Three teens, one 16-year-old and two 18-year-olds, were sitting in a car when someone drove up and shot at them multiple times , according to IMPD. The shooter or shooters then fled the scene. An 18-year-old in sitting in the front passenger seat was shot in the torso and the leg. He was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in serious condition. The other two males were not shot or wounded. There is no suspect information at this time. 39.813470 -86.285887

2 Portland Teens Arrested For Attempted Murder In Hillsboro

HILLSBORO, OR — Two Portland teens were arrested over the past 24 hours on suspicion of attempted murder in Hillsboro last week, according to Hillsboro police spokesman Lt . Henry Reimann. Cristin Octavio Magana -Ponce, 19, was arrested early Friday at his Portland residence with help from the Portland Metro Gang and Crisis Negotiation teams and Portland Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT). He was lodged at the Washington County Jail on charges of conspiracy to commit two murders. His 17-year-old associate, whose name will not be formally released until he's officially charged with the Measure 11 crime, was arrested Thursday night in Portland. He’d taken an interest in our state owing to his keen desire to lodge a casino in Bridgeport, an idea I found economically and morally dubious.
