As a property management professional myself, I must say that Fairway Park has the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of searching for apartments! Lacy, Regina, and all of the office staff are always very helpful and friendly, and they really take the time to go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs, from the time you lease your apartment, and while you are a resident at the community. The maintenance staff is also very efficient and quick to take care of any service requests that you may have. They are always very responsive and professional, provide you updates to your requests, and work hard to ensure that all of your issues are resolved in a very timely manner. I recommend Fairway Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and affordable community to live, and who are anticipating a smooth and easy application process. The apartments are finished with hardwood floors, new appliances and have an open kitchen concept - very contemporary and comfortable to live in... I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I loved living in Fairway Park when I first moved in. It was exceptionally quiet and the service received at the leasing office was decent. I then begin to receive horrible customer service. I reached out to the property manager and that did seem to fix the problem, but it was only temporary. The employees in the rental office often gave me inaccurate information, misinformation, or no information at all. It got harder and harder to find parking as the parking lot for residents was NOT monitored by anyone; do not believe them when they say it is. There was always at least a dozen cars parked in the lot without a permit. The walls of the apartment are paper thin so you can hear everything, even if a tenant is in another building (all buildings connect). Also, the front door is not sealed all the way around. When I closed the door, I could see outside in the hallway from the side and bottom of the door. Mind you, the resident pays the electric utility. This was my first apartment so I learned a lot but I was ecstatic to move out because the service was bad, the parking was worse and I did not trust maintenance to be in my apartment when I was not there.

Dear YELP, When I first moved here I was very excited and loved my apartment but after being here for a couple of months, I am starting to regret signing a lease. I'm ready to break my lease and move. The BAD outweighs the GOOD at FAIRWAY PARK. PROS: Love the hardwood floors, washer/dryer, and stainless steel appliances. CONS: Noisy inconsiderate neighbors, paper thin walls and floors (can hear neighbors talking word for word), weed/crack bags in the hallway, cigarette buds in the hallway, weed and cigarette smell coming thru the vents, smelly hallway (cleaning staff must use old water and dirty mop), spit on the pavement right outside the building door (YUCK), tissue stuck in the front door to prevent locking, no security... I can go on and on. Parking is OK (sometimes) on/off the street but anyone can park in the parking lot without being towed. They need to enforce towing to set an example. I've never seen a tow truck but yet I have been blocked in many mornings by non-residental cars. The cars are being parked along the NO PARKING sign making it very difficult to get out of the parking lot. Management always say "WE ARE WORKING ON IT!". That's a lie. How long does it take to enforce a simple parking policy? If you can't deal with the small parking issues that many resident complain about, then what makes you qualified to manage the entire property? Poor management. You should steer clear of Fairway Park unless you can deal with the CONS I outlined in this post. Good luck. Sincerely, A Very Unsatisfied Resident

If I could vote a zero, I would. Gun violence, degenerates who roam the streets all hours of night, and a mice infestation. We are moving after killing more than 15 mice in a week. Management advised we add peppermint oil and the exterminator only gave glue traps. Disgusting.

Toured these apartments both 1 & 2 bedroom & I can say this is a good start for me as I'm young and looking for something affordable & these apartments look like they will be worth it during my tour. The metro bus is directly near doesn't take much of a walk. I bike & use bikeshare & the docks are right down the street. The only thing I dislike is that the neighborhood feels unsafe. But I do see that it is improving. From the past reviews I hope I do not have any of these problems with my apartment or any issues with the neighbors, seeing as I will be applying soon. Anyone know what else I should expect?

Fairway Park Apartments are fantastic! This is my first apartment, and I couldn't be happier with it. I moved in back in Dec, and decided to give it some time before I reviewed the place, just to make sure that I gave accurate information. First off, the apartments are lovely. Lots of light, newly remodeled, washer and dryer, dishwasher, The building is well kept, they have cleaners in here multiple times a day. I haven't had any real pest issues, or neighbor issues. From what I've seen and heard, it is actually a fairly quiet neighborhood! The bus stop is right across the street, so I don't have to go far to get places, and with the Safeway right up the hill, as well as a produce and meat market up the hill on Thursdays, I don't have to go far for groceries. The staff are always nice, and helpful, not to mention Regina always remembers us, and constantly asks about my baby! I have made great friends with a couple of my neighbors, who adore my daughter as much as I do, and that makes it all the better. It is a great start, stay, and I dare say a good place for someone looking for an affordable, well up-kept place to call home.
