Established in 1988.

Professional Property Management, Inc. has been providing affordable, quality housing to the Central Iowa market since 1977. Our owner began in the basement of what now is the First American Bank in Ames with one employee. Since then, PPM has grown to over 650 units in the Ames area and 1500 units in the greater Des Moines area.

Sun Prairie Apartments were first established in 1988. At the time it was built it was located on a gravel road surrounded by cornfields. Since then West Des Moines has grown dramatically. Sun Prairie is now conveniently located near Jordon Creek Town Center, fine dining, and entertainment including several golf courses, Saylorville Lake, and Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino.
