Why is living in an apartment beneficial for them versus owning their home?
We have 24-hour maintenance so they can spend more time on what matters most. They don’t have to worry about fixing the AC if it goes out late at night, changing out the pesky water filters or cleaning out the pool. What if this isn’t the right fit for my parents? At Camden, we promise Living Excellenceto our residents. Promising exemplary levels of customer service and good management is our commitment to provide our residents a comfortable, well‐maintained apartment community. Because your satisfaction is our highest priority, we back up our promise with our 30‐Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

It’s simple. If for any reason within 30 days of your move‐in you are not satisfied with your Camden apartment community, we will release you from your lease contract – no strings attached. All you have to do is notify the Community Manager in writing of your move‐out date and vacate the apartment within 30 days of your lease start date. You will not be required to fulfill your lease term and we will refund your deposit and any unused portion of the rent (less any damages or concessions received) within 30 days of your move‐out. You are responsible for the rent and utilities for the days you lived in the apartment home.

If you choose, you may transfer any rent balance and deposit to another Camden community. Simply include this request in writing when you give your notice of intent to move. In some cases, it may be necessary for you to re‐qualify prior to approval for the new apartment home.

Are grandchildren welcome?
We are 55+ community but grandchildren are more than welcome to visit.
 

My parents are downsizing, but what if they want to downsize even more after they move in?
No problem! We have a great transfer policy. Residents have to occupy their current apartment for 90 days and just pay a transfer fee which is half’s a month’s rent of the current apartment.
 

Is there any onsite storage?
Yes, additional storage and garages are available throughout the breezeway, ranging by size from 5x5 to 14x16. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
 

What’s included in the rent?
Water and pest control. Pest control happens once a week, every week and upon request
