Poorly Equipped Amalfi Apartment - Review of amalfi apartment in vettica, Vettica, Italy

We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and it was just OK. The apartment itself is fine, it just was very poorly equipped. The opening pictures in the listing were of a beautiful horizon pool overlooking the sea. Nope. That pool was 2K away. You had to call for a bus to pick you up (there was no phone in the apartment) and pay 10 euros a day to use the pool. Very misrepresenting in the ads for this apartment. NO POOL. There were also many other NOs: no air conditioning, no phone, no Wi-Fi, no waste baskets, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no toaster. The front door key was ridiculous to use. On the good side, it was a decent location close to the village of Amalfi (but too far to walk). The SITA bus stop was close by. The staff at La Pergola Hotel were very helpful and we used their Wi-Fi. The apartment did have tight parking for one car, and there were no steps to the apartment. It was a fine apartment - two stories, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Only one bed was made, though, because I hadn't told them I needed more than one bed! Even though I rented a three bedroom apartment for 2 people. There were no towels in the downstairs bathroom or the kitchen. The apartment was one of four in the building, and the only rental. The other 3 units were rented permanently year-round. The neighbor's dog barked constantly all day and night. Noisy on the curve and no sea view. If they fully equipped this apartment it would be OK.

the description of the apartment say that the Le Nereidi swimming pool in amalfi is it shared and not private for the apartment and we write on description that Le nereidi swimming pool is not direct in the apartment.
In description and service on advertise is clear that the apartment not have wifi and hiar conditioning. On first day we buy for them hair dryer and SECOND wate basket for bathroom for our guest immediately when they contact us.
Towels and sheets for 2 people rented are on one of bathroom on second floor.
the lady and her daughter not very kind in messages and phone calls,
We have hosted customers in a house with a detailed description of the services.
if it does not say that there are some services, you can not expect them
