UPDATE: NEW MANAGEMENT

I've changed the one start rating to two.
Give new management time to correct some of the things at cielo vista, I think that's only fair. Although; It's been three months since the new management & they've made some cosmetic changes (new blinds), & repaired a bunch of lights that have been broken for months. Trash is now being looked after better & Snow is being moved faster. Laundry areas have yet to be addressed, & the screens have not been replaced on windows.

There is still no online pay option, I couldn't see enough changes fast enough that could sway me to renew my lease.

I've been frustrated since day one with the poor management of this property.
Work orders for repairs are never done in a timely matter, if they get done at all you have to call repeatedly. The laundry facilities are always filthy. The only improvements in two years that I've been there have been cosmetic (new coat of paint) to the exterior.

Positive things are: convenient way to pay rent online, friendly staff, and a quiet neighborhood with access to the highway, and it's 15 minutes north of downtown denver.

Before you consider moving here expect to find your apartment to stay exactly how it is when you move in, anything broken will not get fixed. Inspect every inch of the place!

I wouldn't recommend these apartments unless it's absolutely the last option for housing you  have.

“Blacklist” star Megan Boone lists West Village apartment for $2.4M

There’s a big demand for more affordable housing in Charlotte, where rents and home prices have shot up much faster than wages over the past few years. Many of the apartments being built now target more affluent renters, waitlists for housing vouchers are long and starter homes are snapped up almost immediately.
