Bryan police has announced an arrest in the city’s latest shooting.

27 year old Douglas Foster II of College Station was arrested after detectives got the license plate of his car from surveillance video at the Saddlewood Apartments on Wellborn, the scene of Monday night’s gunfire.

According to the arrest report, Foster said he was there but denied being the shooter.

An apartment resident told detectives Foster admitted being the gunman.

Witnesses reported three shots were fired, hitting two cars but not the intended victim, a 15 year old who lives at the complex.

According to jail records, it’s the 11th time Foster has been arrested in eight years.

He’s being held on bonds totaling $120,000 dollars.
