How many tenants spend some of their free time in their apartment building’s leasing office just because it is such a great place?

Residents of the Fairway Park Luxury Apartments in Copley consider their leasing office to be part coffee shop and part lodge. The Starbucks coffee is always hot, and a fireplace keeps things cozy in cold or damp weather.

“I’ll just sit there sometimes and read the paper or one of the magazines they have, like Bon Appetit. Sometimes the office staff puts out recipes that we can try,” said tenant Cain Fatica. “I enjoy cooking. My brother is a chef, but I don’t get to cook as much as I’d like to. But it’s fun to taste new recipes. In the office, it’s like your family trading recipes.”

Fatica, a graduate of the University of Akron with a major in biology, has lived in the complex a total of two years. He moved once, but came back because “compared to all of the other apartments in the area, this one had more of a neighborhood feel.”

Fatica also appreciates his building’s sophisticated, traditional architecture.

His attractive and spacious two-bedroom apartment features a cathedral ceiling, gourmet kitchen, private entrance, and private, attached garage. All two- and three-bedroom apartments have two full baths. Some units have gas fireplaces.

“They also have concierge service that just keeps growing,” said Fatica. “Some of the things I take advantage of, some I don’t. But they make it really easy for residents who go out of town. The stretch limo service to the airport is a lot of fun.”

Fatica enjoys both participating in sports, especially tennis and basketball, and watching professional and college sports teams. He likes that his apartment has a fitness enter and is close to a variety of parks. He is also looking forward to this year’s pool parties.

“The folks in the office are just phenomenal. They overextend themselves and go beyond what you think they could do to help you. They have events where residents can meet each other and connect. I have made some good friends here,” said Fatica.

Other amenities include a free movie library, in-suite washer and dryer, private patios and decks, a beautiful clubhouse, and well-maintained landscaping. Fairway Park Luxury Apartments, managed by Fairfield Management Co., is also a pet-friendly community.

“I had a couple of toy poodles. I think I’d like to get a standard poodle. They are smart, great dogs, and living here, I would be able to have that opportunity,” said Fatica.
