Amazing value! - Review of Olive Tree Apartments, Kaliviani

Very friendly host. Big room with a balcony. Big comfortable beds. Some equipments and good oven to make a dinner or breakfast.

Water that was flowing straight on the floor in the bathroom while you have a shower. This hotel isn't pink like in photos, it is white now, it was a little bit confusing when we arrived. Also I suggest to bring some more facilities in the room, like chopping board, good knife. And you should be careful with a refrigerator because if you use max cold level of it, your products will become icy.

We had a cheapest apartment and I believe that apartments in upper floors have a better view so if you want to stay here for a couple of days you better choose these apartments.

We haven't tried a pool but it looks good.

In conclusion: good place, there are a taverna not so far from this hotel where you can get a discount if you are resident of this hotel. The same with another tavern in Kissamos.

Ground floor and 1st floor apartments do vary, some are large, some are small, some have baths, some just have showers. The only way to ensure a sea view or larger room is to upgrade to a Duplex apartment 1st floor.

There’s a big demand for more affordable housing in Charlotte, where rents and home prices have shot up much faster than wages over the past few years. Many of the apartments being built now target more affluent renters, waitlists for housing vouchers are long and starter homes are snapped up almost immediately.
