Rentals: What is the best school in Cary,NC? What apartments can go in that school zone? Please help me

Regarding which are the best, please review the following test scores to assist in your evaluation. Number indicate percent of students "at or above proficient" levels:

Elementary Schools (End of Grade - EOG test scores administered at the end of the 3rd grade)

Cary - 86% Reading, 93% Math
Davis Drive - 92% Reading, >95% Math
Weatherstone - 77% Reading, 87% Math
Farmington Woods - 71% Reading, 85% Math
Green Hope - 82% Reading, 89% Math
Kingswood - 81% Reading, 82% Math
Northwoods - 78% Reading, 90% Math
Penny Road - 80% Reading, 89% Math

Middle Schools (End of Grade - EOG test scores administered at the end of the 8th grade)

West Cary - 80% Reading, 87% Math, >95% Algebra
Reedy Creek - 77% Reading, 86% Math, >95% Algebra
Davis Drive - 87% Reading, 92% Math, >95% Algebra
Mills Park - no test scores available

High Schools (EOC test scores)

Cary - 95% Biology, 92% Algebra, 90% English (school of distinction)
Green Hope - 94% Biology, 95% Algebra, 95% English (honor school of excellence)
Panther Creek - 93% Biology, 91% Algebra, 95% English (school of distinction)

Based on these scores, the path of schools that would reflect the highest test scores would be Davis Drive Elementary-Davis Drive Middle-Green Hope High School.

If you desire a magnet school and/or one that offers the International Baccalaureate Program (IB), Farmington Woods Elementary is the only one that offers this.
