Fantastic apartments and friendly atmosphere - Review of Rentalmar Costa Verde, Cambrils

Myself and my girlfriend stayed in Costa Verde Aparthotel from July 15th for 12 nights. I have to say we were very impressed! Rooms were so clean and modern and towels were changed every 3 days. Air conditioning in the rooms were fantastic, but we did notice they went off at night time, so we just asked them to keep it on all night which they did without any problem. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and would do anything for you. Gustavo never seemed to have a day off and was very happy and laughing all the time! They all made us feel so welcome, there is a small pool there with about 7 or 8 sun loungers but it was fine for us, as there was never enyone at the pool and we had the sun all day and had a few dips in the pool too if we got too hot! There is an absolutely amazing Pizzeria under the apartment as well as a full restaurtant, if you do not go to this reataurant you are missing out. The food is beautiful. They had the nicest pizzas ever and they were a very good price too. The restaurant was that good that it was full every night while we were there, clearly from people who didn't even stay in Costa Verde. When we arrived we did have to pay €100 desposit which we got back at the end of our stay without any problem once the room was not damaged etc, infact they never even checked our room! Lots of pubs nearby and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment, Portaventura is approx 20 minutes on a bus, buses come every 5 minutes so you're not waiting very long. Beach is literally a 1 minute walk away and it's lovely. Overall we had no complaints about staying in Costa Verde Aparthotel and would definately stay again!

Room Tip: All rooms are facing the sea with the sun all day so if you can, get a 3rd floor room!

“Blacklist” star Megan Boone lists West Village apartment for $2.4M

(credit: BKR Partners) Boone bought the apartment in 2014 for $1.85 million. According to the listing, with Brian Kanarek of BKR Partners, the 837-square-foot unit has one bedroom and one bathroom. It overlooks tiny Abingdon Square Park, and has a large fireplace, soundproof windows, high ceilings, a walk-in closet and access to the communal landscaped roof terrace . Charlotte affordable housing forum raises possible solutions

There’s a big demand for more affordable housing in Charlotte, where rents and home prices have shot up much faster than wages over the past few years. Many of the apartments being built now target more affluent renters, waitlists for housing vouchers are long and starter homes are snapped up almost immediately. So why aren’t developers building more affordable housing ?
