Warner Robins apartment fire damages 3 apartments | News


Three units at the Foxwood Apartments in Warner Robins were damaged after a grease fire Monday night.

According to Jennifer Powell of the Warner Robins Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched at 6:15 p.m. to a fire at the Foxwood Apartments on Watson Blvd.

Powell says all the occupants of the building had already been evacuated when firefighters arrived.

The blaze started with a grease fire on a stove in apartment 74. Powell said unit 74 was heavily damaged by fire, and units 73 and 75, were damaged by water.

No one was injured.

The Red Cross is helping residents of apartment 74 with food, clothing, shelter, and other necessities.
