Update: Suspect Arrested in Big Country Chateau Homicide

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A suspect wanted in connection with the July homicide at the Big Country Chateau Apartments has been arrested.

Jasper "Fugi" Singleton, 19, was arrested on a murder warrant and is now behind bars.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Police have named a suspect in the homicide that occurred at the Big Country Chateau Apartments on July 27. 

Jasper Singleton, 19, has been named a suspect and has a warrant  for 1st Degree Murder out for his arrest. 

Singleton is standing at 6' 2 and weighs around 160 pounds. 

At this time his mode of transportation and whereabouts are unknown.  LR Police say anyone coming into contact with Singleton should consider him armed and dangerous. 

The shooting occurred on Thursday as officers were sitting across the street at the Kum & Go near the 6200 block of Colonel Glenn Rd. around 7:15 p.m. when they heard multiple gunshots.

After searching for the scene, they found a black male inside the apartment with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
