Leasing launched at One Hudson

Related Rentals announced the launch of leasing at One Hudson Yards, its 33-story luxury rental building at 530 West 30th Street.
The tower features architecture by Davis Brody Bond, layouts by Ismael Leyva Architects and interiors by Andre Kikoski Architect.
Benjamin Joseph, executive vice president at Related Companies, said, “The building provides a comprehensive lifestyle experience with best-in-class amenities and a prime location on the High Line at Hudson Yards.”
The stone and glass building overlooks Heatherwick Studio’s interactive design piece Vessel and The Shed, a new center for artistic invention designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group.
One Hudson Yards has 178 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms with one four-bedroom home on the penthouse level.
Each apartment has 10 ft. ceilings, wide-plank grey oak floors, and extra-tall windows, a modern curtain wall façade and views of Hudson Yards, the Hudson River, West Chelsea and Downtown Manhattan.
On the fifth floor, there is a sun terrace and the penthouse level has two lounges, each with a kitchen, dining area and barbecues.
The lower level has a suite of swimming pools, a spa and fitness center curated by Equinox.The plethora of amenities also includes a half-court basketball court , bowling alley and game lounge.
The smoke-free building offers services such as pet grooming and daycare provided by Dog City and RelatedStyle Services – a suite of rewards and services which include move-in coordination, MasterCard credit card rent payment and package delivery .
Pricing begins at $5,095 per month.

Citi Habitats New Developments has been named the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Oriana at River Tower, located at 420 East 54th Street in Manhattan.
Owned and developed by Slate Property Group and GreenOak Real Estate, the 39-story tower is home to a total of 413 luxury rental apartments and a coveted Sutton Place location.
A local landmark, the building was originally constructed as River Tower in 1982. Over the decades, it has remained of the best known and most well-respected apartment buildings in New York City.
Reimagined by Gachot Studio, the all-new Oriana at River Tower offers luxury studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom rentals with a variety of floorplans.

Closings underway at 50 Greenpoint

Closings have begun, and two model residences have opened at 50 Greenpoint, which is over 85 percent sold after seven months on the market.
Brendan Aguayo, head of The Aguayo Team and a managing director of Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM), is leading marketing of the 44-unit building developed by Evenhar Development Corporation with interiors by Williamsburg-based Cl-oth Interiors.
The models were furnished by Hovey Design, and much of the décor – including lighting, art, books, accessories and bedding, as well as vintage pieces – were purchased from local Greenpoint shops, including Adaptations, Beam BK, Alter, Home of the Brave, and Porter James, among others.
Residences have seven-inch brushed-and-stained white oak flooring and energy efficient windows as well as an independent heating and cooling system. Kitchens have precision milled oak cabinetry with concealed pulls and feature Bertazzoni, Bosch and Liebherr appliances. The kitchen island countertop is a statuary marble slab with knife edging.
Amenities include an attended lobby, landscaped and furnished roof deck, residents lounge, co-working spaces, a children’s playroom, fitness center and deeded parking with electric car charging capabilities.
The remaining one- to three-bedroom homes are priced from $795,000 to $2.3 million.

Murray Hill Marquis makes debut

Leasing is underway at Murray Hill Marquis, a 37-story rental at 150 East 34th Street in Murray Hill.
Formerly a boutique hotel, the building is being converted into rentals and joins a growing portfolio of signature Marquis-brand properties throughout Manhattan.
Murray Hill Marquis will offer 260 no-fee studio and one-bedroom apartments with large windows and open floor plans.
Units have new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and dishwashers, Caesarstone quartz counters, hardwood oak floors, individually controlled thermostats, and pre-wiring for phone, cable, WiFi, and Verizon FiOs services.
Amenities will include a fitness center, co-working space and residents club with game stations, TVs, a pool table and wet bar,
Leasing is being handled onsite by LeFrak with prices beginning at $2,575 per month for studios and $3,425 for one-bedrooms.
