WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH , LA (WAFB) - UPDATE:  The identity of the two deceased men discovered in the Intracoastal Canal on Monday August 7, 2017 has been positively confirmed.  Sylvester Henry Bracey , 27,  of Jackson MS body was discovered first, followed by Arsenio Montrell Haynes , 27, also of Jackson MS. Both men have extensive criminal histories . No additional information relating or pertaining to the case is available. ORIGINAL: West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Mike Cazes held a press conference Tuesday afternoon to announce new information regarding two men who were found dead Monday afternoon in the Intracoastal Canal.
