Close to the sea - Review of Casa Del Sol Apartments

We stayed one week in Casa del Sol . Airport pick-up and return ( 15 Eu one way ) were correct . Welcome was very simple and basic , we were free to ask if any questions , but that was about it . CDS is located at the end of the peninsula and close to the sea . A 20 min walk from the small centre of Sukosan . Splendid sea view from the roof -terras . Appartment was cosy and clean. Kitchen equipment was basic . Although we had a good stay , we consider the price ( 85 eu per day , + extra costs ) too high for a one-bedroom appartment out of the centre.

We're on the 2nd floor in a corner unit and it's been very quiet for us. We haven't had any issues with bugs or vermin of any sort; in fact, we keep our porch door wide open all day long so our kitties can get some fresh air. This results in maybe 1 fly per day inside. There’s a big demand for more affordable housing in Charlotte, where rents and home prices have shot up much faster than wages over the past few years. Many of the apartments being built now target more affluent renters, waitlists for housing vouchers are long and starter homes are snapped up almost immediately. The Starbucks coffee is always hot, and a fireplace keeps things cozy in cold or damp weather.  “I’ll just sit there sometimes and read the paper or one of the magazines they have, like Bon Appetit.
