Today we are announcing our PS VR title,   Chernobyl VR Project ,   an interactive journey to the abandoned city of Pripyat and its nearby nuclear power plant. The disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on 26th April, 1986 is one of the greatest tragedies of our time. Our title merges the interactive experiences only available through the gaming medium with educational elements to create this unique experience , one that allows you to understand the tragedy through the stories of the people who lived there before and after the tragedy. The Chernobyl VR project was created through the combination of multiple 360 movies, panoramas, 3D scanning of locations and buildings, 360 photography, stereoscopic videos and much more. The result is a visual tour around the Chernobyl and Pripyat area. Our development focused on conveying what it was like to actually be there. As a result, you’ll be transported back to 26th April 1986 to witness stories of the citizens and workers of Chernobyl...

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. —  A Tuscaloosa apartment shooting was caught on camera. Tuscaloosa Metro Homicide released video of the Wednesday night shooting at Brookhaven Apartments off James I. Harrison Parkway. Police tell ABC 33/40 News the video shows four gunmen and one victim. Investigators believe the victim arrived at the apartment complex to settle an issue with unpaid debt. More than 50 shots were fired. Bullets struck at least 6 apartment units and 5 cars. The victim is recovering from a gunshot wound to the stomach at DCH Regional Medical Center . Police say 25-year-old Jerry Edwards Jr . has been arrested in connection with the shooting. Investigators are searching for three other men in the video.

“We think we have the right people,” Todd said, referring to a man and a woman who were detained and later arrested on Thursday in connection with LaFontaine-Greywind’s disappearance on Saturday. Todd also asked for the public’s help in searching all types of structures from garages to Dumpsters to unoccupied apartments for signs of the missing woman. In addition, he asked anyone with information about a particular green Grand Cherokee Jeep to let police know if it was seen since Saturday. Todd said it is possible LaFontaine-Greywind, who was pregnant at the time she disappeared, is not in the area, but he did not elaborate. He said police have some ideas on a possible motive for what they are calling a kidnapping, but he said it was too early to talk about that. The two people arrested Thursday , William Hoehn and Brooke Crews, remain in the Cass County Jail pending charges . A Conroe apartment complex went up in flames Saturday night after reportedly being struck by lightning, destroying eight units and displacing 41 people. No one was injured in the blaze at Autumn Woods Apartments , which began shortly before 10 p.m., according to the Conroe Fire Department . Eight of the building's 16 apartments were destroyed. The department's fire marshal's office does not believe the fire in the 2000 block of Plantation Dr. was caused by something suspicious but is investigating. The Autumn Woods complex was constructed before fire sprinklers were required to be installed, and it was unclear whether the apartments had working smoke alarms , Assistant Fire Chief Mike Legoudes , Jr. said in a press release.

Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 12 points , or 0.1%, to 21,721, while those for the S&P 500 index fell 1 point , or 0.04%, to 2,428.50. Futures for the Nasdaq-100 index was flat at 5,800.25. The subtle moves come after aggressive selling on Thursday, when the S&P 500 index slumped 1 .5% for its biggest one- day percentage drop in three months. The Dow average and Nasdaq Composite Index ended down 1.2% and 1.9%, respectively. As of Thursday's close, the benchmarks are now on track for weekly losses around 0.5%.
