From the story: Kim Kinslow was among the first Woodcreek tenants to receive a letter notifying her that her tenancy had been terminated. She’d lived there for 15 years. Kinslow, 47, is on a fixed income. She had to move back in with her parents on Bainbridge Island. “I’m being forced to move in with my parents,” Kinslow said. “But still it’s humiliating.” An earlier story in the North Kitsap Herald also provides stories of tenants being forced to move. I moved into a recently "remodeled" apartment but let me tell you it was the WORST remodel I've ever witnessed. Everything was painted over, outdated appliances, 1970's fan, a/c doesn't run efficient and the list goes on. If you love dogs welcome to the dog pound! It seems like every single apartment has three dogs barking at the same time. I can't even get up to use the restroom without the surrounding apartments just barking away.
