MESA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) - U.S. marshals in Pennsylvania have captured a man wanted for homicide here in Arizona. Anthony Marks, 30, was arrested on Tuesday, Police believe that on September 9, 2015, Marks and Richard Wren, 31, had engaged in a physical altercation at the Vaseo apartments, near Greenway Parkway and 7th Street in Phoenix. After the altercation, Marks is alleged to have  shot Wren multiple times with a handgun, killing him. [READ: PD: Man shoots neighbor at N. Phoenix apartment complex] Recently, the U.S. Marshals- led Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force began working collaboratively with the Phoenix Police Department to locate and apprehend Marks. During the investigation, it was determined that Marks had fled Arizona and was likely residing in the Philadelphia area. PHOENIX - Nearly 200 residents at the Mirabella Apartment complex in Phoenix have been without water for days. That is until late Thursday night when Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson Benjamin Santillan told ABC15 the city agreed to turn the water back on for a week. The water company says the complex near the I-17 and Camelback owes them about $50,000 dollars, and until the bill is paid, the residents are stuck in the middle. "I think this is crazy. Everyone is very emotional, we don't know when this will end or if we'll have to go without water every day," said Crystal Medina who called ABC15 for help. When our crews arrived they found some fed up residents standing outside. They've been dealing with no water for two days. "It's terrible. BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — The Latest on the Spain attacks (all times local): 5:15 a.m. Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has asked people to pray for a young Australian boy who is missing after a vehicle attack on a popular Barcelona promenade that killed 13 people. Turnbull said Saturday that the boy's mother was badly injured and is in a hospital following Friday's attack at the Las Ramblas promenade . Turnbull says the boy's family is searching for him. He did not release the boy's name. Turnbull says: "All of us as parents know the anguish his father is going through, and his whole family is going through, as they rush to seek to find him in Barcelona." Aug. 9 0121 - The night auditor from the Hotel Seward reported AK/LIC JDV548 with its lights on across the street and wanted to make sure that the vehicle owner was not having a problem. Officer found no one in the car. 0131 - RP reported that subject died at Fifth Avenue. Officer responded and notified the Medical Examiner as there was not a comfort one or advanced directive in place. The medical examiner released the body to the family.
