Extra-large dual- zip duffel bag in durable and water-resistant Bi-Tech material. Featuring large front logo and wide compression webbing straps . Adjustable strap with removable padded shoulder . Every serious traveler needs at least one go-to, all-purpose, work horse of a duffel bag. I’ve had the same bright yellow duffel in my closet since heading to college 20+ years ago, and it just recently kicked the bucket. I thought I’d get an Eagle Creek No Matter What duffel to replace it. So far, I’m very pleased. I got the XL, which has 133 liters of space and weighs 2 pounds, 12 ounces’ empty. It’s the largest duffel they carry, and I worried it would be too much bag. Not so. In fact, this duffel has not only gone on road trips and camping trips with us, which is what I usually use duffels for, but even accompanied my teen son o...

Greenhaven Apartments - Apartments - 6330 Havenside Dr, The Pocket-Greenhaven, Sacramento, CA - Phone Number

I am only writing this review based on the customer service I have received so far from Greenhaven apartments. My boyfriend and myself currently live in Los Angeles and are trying to relocate to the Sacramento area ASAP . It has been very hard for us to apply for apartments and put down deposits in person due to the obvious fact we live 6hours away lol. But Michelle from Greenhaven apartments has made this process so easy for us. Whenever I call the office to provide more information or receive updates I REFUSE to talk to anyone else but Michelle, she has been amazing and very patient with us. We are currently on the waitlist for Greenhaven and I hope and Pray something becomes available soon, because I would love to live in these wonderful apartments whose office provides great service. This place sucks. No soda machine. Rent is way to high, nobody uses the pool, people steal your parking spots, the laundry machine was vandalized, management is poor, landlord promises things and then...

No matter your budget, cozy up to NYC’s cutest cottages

Image
Wa nt the charming coziness of a country retreat but can’t quit the urban hustle and bustle? You don’t have to choose! From Brooklyn to the Bronx, cottage- style dwellings sit smack -dab in the city. The most recent (and eye-catching) example is the East Village property that hit the market in July. But never fear, fully-on-the- market options abound . Set atop a ho-hum structure — and recently listed for $3.5 million — the penthouse/cottage combo has just gone into contract. NY Post Brian Zak East Village Price: $3.5 million (in contract); Beds: 4; Baths: 3½; Sq. Ft.: 2,736 New York is chockablock with unique properties, but it’s hard to imagine an apartment more one-of-a-kind than the duplex penthouse of a five-story walkup at 72 E. First St. The penthouse comes with the Nantucket-style shake-shingled cottage on the roof. It’s as if someone airlifted a New England sea shanty and plopped it atop an East Village tenement building . Inside the cottage and penthouse, you’ll find all th...
