6 2100 Maryland Ave NE Washington, DC 20002 (202) 640-1364 As a property management professional myself, I must say that Fairway Park has the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of searching for apartments! Lacy, Regina, and all of the office staff are always very helpful and friendly, and they really take the time to go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs, from the time you lease your apartment, and while you are a resident at the community. The maintenance staff is also very efficient and quick to take care of any service requests that you may have. They are always very responsive and professional, provide you updates to your requests, and work hard to ensure that all of your issues are resolved in a very timely manner. I recommend Fairway Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and affordable community to live, and who are anticipating a smooth and easy application process . 7 600 SW Kenyon St Seattle , WA 98106 (206) 763-9982 It's The Overlook at Westridge. There is no "B" in there (if someone can fix, that might help) Lived there for a year in a top-floor 2 bedroom. The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance is good and the front office worked well with us. We paid rent late one time and they let it go after a little convincing (else would have received a higher rating). Parking can also be a pain. And when it snows, you'll miss work because of the Kenyon St. hill. The neighborhood I guess can be a little sketchy, but we never had any problems. Although White Center ...
