AZ homicide suspect captured in Pennsylvania - 3TV

U.S. marshals in Pennsylvania have captured a man wanted for homicide here in Arizona. Anthony Marks, 30, was arrested on Tuesday, Police believe that on September 9, 2015, Marks and Richard Wren, 31, had engaged in a physical altercation at the Vaseo apartments, near Greenway Parkway and 7th Street in Phoenix. After the altercation, Marks is alleged to have shot Wren multiple times with a handgun, killing him. [READ: PD: Man shoots neighbor at N. Phoenix apartment complex] Recently, the U.S. Marshals- led Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force began working collaboratively with the Phoenix Police Department to locate and apprehend Marks. During the investigation, it was determined that Marks had fled Arizona and was likely residing in the Philadelphia area.
