A NEW inner-city mixed residential development has launched to the public offering a range of living options and with resort-like facilities.

The Domain Kangaroo Point is the latest residential development to hit the market, offering 120 apartments, 63 premium residences, 12 townhomes and five penthouses.

It is the second of seven upcoming residential projects for R & F Properties in Australia. The first, Brisbane One, commenced construction on Cordelia Street, near South Bank earlier this year.
