Eagle Ridge Apartments was built In 1986 by Condor Corporation. It was the first community the company built, and it has been owned and managed by this same family-owned company for ever since.

Meet the Manager

My name is Ginny and I have worked for Condor Corporation since June 2006. I started out in this industry in 1987 as a caretaker and while working my way up the ladder, I have had the opportunity to learn how all the pieces of a community fit together. At Eagle Ridge Apartments, we set the bar high for our community, our staff, and the services we provide. Our whole company motto is to go "Beyond the Expected," any we employ this in everything we do. One thing I've enjoyed in recent years is seeing how social media has made it easier for our residents potential residents to find information, communicate with us and other residents, and to see why people are happy at our community and stay for several years!

There’s a big demand for more affordable housing in Charlotte, where rents and home prices have shot up much faster than wages over the past few years. Many of the apartments being built now target more affluent renters, waitlists for housing vouchers are long and starter homes are snapped up almost immediately. So why aren’t developers building more affordable housing ?
