The apartments were built mid-70's, although the maintance is decent here, its age still shows, one nice thing about this place is that you don't need to pay for gas, which means you get all the hot water you want for free, but the stove, and heating and cooling unit are electric. The managment team here is not very good, I find them to rude be at times, not very friendly at all, and the fees for late rent are the highest I have ever seen, one day late is $50! Another problem is the parking, there is plenty of it without assigned parking spots , but if you don't have a pass, or a visitors pass for your car, you are getting towed. They seem to have a contract with The Tow Truck Company , that's the actual name of the business, I had a friend come and visit, he wasn't here not three hours and his car was towed, cost him $275 to get it back, and the messed up part was he came after six when the office was closed, so he couldn't even get a parking pass if he wanted ...

Poulsbo, Washington / Alan November 8, 2015; North Kitsap Herald Low- income tenants at Woodcreek Apartments in Poulsbo, Washington are facing displacement from their formerly subsidized homes as a new owner undertakes renovations and increases rents. From the story: Kim Kinslow was among the first Woodcreek tenants to receive a letter notifying her that her tenancy had been terminated. She’d lived there for 15 years. Kinslow, 47, is on a fixed income. She had to move back in with her parents on Bainbridge Island. “I’m being forced to move in with my parents,” Kinslow said. “But still it’s humiliating.” An earlier story in the North Kitsap Herald also provides stories of tenants being forced to move. It’s a little hard to tell from these two articles exactly what is going on, but the basic outline is clear. Woodcreek Apartments was created with a federally subsidized mortgage from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Service (USDA-RDS). Owners of the pr...

Surrounding her was the home she'd made for herself and her two sons in the past year, since they moved out of her Toyota Camry and into Admiral Manor, a low- rent apartment complex in west Bremerton . There was the single bedroom with two kids' beds on the floor. The living room she'd decorated with signs that said "Hope" and "Love." Rated 4.0 of 5 1235 Josey Street, Huntsville ☎ +1 936-291-0500 comcapp.com These apartment walls are super thin so you can hear a pen drop from three buildings down. I moved into a recently "remodeled" apartment but let me tell you it was the WORST remodel I've ever witnessed. Everything was painted over, outdated appliances, 1970's fan, a/c doesn't run efficient and the list goes on. If you love dogs welcome to the dog pound! It seems like every single apartment has three dogs barking at the same time. I can't even get up to use the restroom without the surrounding apartments just barking away. If you sign a lease here make sure you have a bag of doggy treats readily available. -  Carlos Hernandez The best apartments I ever stayed in!!! So very peaceful and quiet! Office staff was nice and friendly, maintenance handled request at a timely manner. We were just in love with our apartment floor plan ! -  Butterfly Gabs26 Lived here for a year and decided t...

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Police say they have arrested a man for the homicide of his girlfriend, who was found dead in a Wyoming apartment early Wednesday morning . The Wyoming Department of Public Safety says officers were called to an apartment complex in the 1400 block of 44th Street east of Burlingame Avenue SW around 5:50 a.m. to check on someone’s welfare. Neighbor Sergio Valencia says he heard police knocking on a door at down the hall from where he lives at Woodcreek Apartments. “I was awake because I was getting ready to go to school and I just heard a knocking on somebody’s door,” he said. “He was like, ‘It’s Wyoming Police Department .’ He said, ‘Open the door.'” When officers got into the apartment, they found the body of a 31-year-old woman in the bathroom. She is believed to have died sometime overnight, though an afternoon release from Wyoming police did not indicate how she died. Her name has not yet been released pending notification of family.
